How to customize an enameled heart, a memorial plaque, or a photo medallion?
Our customization tools allow you to personalize products with photos, text, and decorative elements. For example, you can upload your own photo and choose from our various sizes. You can also upload your own design, respecting the plaque dimensions with a minimum resolution of 300 pixels.

• For hearts and 28x20cm plaques, the enamel is applied to a 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate. There will be no appearance of rust. • For other plaques, the enamel is applied to a 1.5mm thick steel plate. Maintenance of the edges is required. • With firing at 780°C, the colors are fused into the enamel. Your colors are therefore guaranteed for life. • Enameled plaques are 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly products.

Sanrival products are made in France. The workshop is based in Montmagny in the Val d'Oise department. Each item is handmade with great care and attention, especially for unique pieces.
How can I track the progress of my headstone project?
Your memorial plaque project benefits from a single point of contact: your craftswoman. Throughout the ordering process, she will be able to inform you in real-time about the progress of your order, upon request. These notifications are sent either by email or by direct phone calls if necessary at each step of the process! After your order and a few phone exchanges if needed, a "Proof" (BAT) will be presented to you by email so that you can visualize your project before manufacturing begins. You can make any changes of your choice at this stage. Several proofs, called BAT, will be created until you are satisfied. Manufacturing will only be launched after your approval. The production time is 10 working days, and the customer is notified upon shipment.
How is the delivery of a memorial plaque handled?
Once manufactured, all our plaques are carefully packaged and handed over to the post office via Colissimo. The delivery times announced by the post office are 2 working days for destinations in metropolitan France, 3 to 8 days for international destinations, and 11 to 31 days for Overseas territories.

How do I maintain my memorial plaque?
To clean the surface of a memorial plaque, we recommend using a simple sponge and clear water or a damp cloth. The enameled memorial plaque is particularly resistant and will not be damaged regardless of the product you use, but clear water should be sufficient for its maintenance given its natural properties that prevent stains and dirt from embedding. In case of stubborn dirt, you can use white vinegar or alcohol diluted in water, and even white spirit. You can use a sponge with a soft abrasive side without fear of damaging your plaque. We advise against any other abrasives that could damage the surface of your enamel by making it porous. Over the years, if any rust spots appear on the edges of your plaque, first proceed to remove the stains. Then, apply an exterior varnish, which you can find at a hardware store, to the cleaned area.
How to install a memorial medallion or a funeral heart?
Installing an enameled medallion is very simple; you just need to glue it onto a clean and smooth surface using a simple fixing glue that you can find in supermarkets (silicone, glazier's glue, or mastic). To screw in your enameled memorial plaque, we recommend using brass screws, as this material does not oxidize. If you wish to opt for stainless steel screws, choose the P4 marine-grade quality.
How do I download an invoice for my order?
You are notified of the shipment of your order by an email, and your invoice is attached to this email. You can also download an invoice for your order by going to the "My Account" tab, where you will find all your orders placed on this site.
