All custom plate orders received by Monday, July 6, 2026 before noon (including approval of the digital proof) will be manufactured and shipped on Friday morning, July 10, 2026. All in-stock plate orders received by Thursday, July 9, 2026 before noon will be manufactured and shipped on Friday morning, July 10, 2026. Orders received after these dates will be processed when the workshop reopens on August 3, 2026 and will be shipped by post on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Your banking data is fully secured according to the latest standards via Payplug's PCI DSS compliant platform, a payment institution authorized by the Banque de France under number CIV 16778. The 3D-Secure authentication protocol will prompt your bank to verify your identity, and you may receive a verification code on your mobile phone for this purpose. At no time will your card number or any other confidential data associated with it be shared with us.
Bank cheque
You can pay for your order by cheque, up to a maximum amount of €300. The cheque must be issued by a bank located in mainland France. Please send your order form along with your completed cheque, made payable to SANRIVAL, to the following address:

Your order will be processed upon receipt of the cheque. Please note that when paying by cheque, delivery times will be extended by the time required to receive and process your payment.

Every order receives rigorous attention at the heart of our workshop, where we take special care in crafting the packaging to guarantee optimal protection for your products throughout their transport.
What shipping fees apply to your order?
The shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen (Standard Mail, Colissimo Home, or Pick-up Point) as well as the total weight of your order. At Sanrival, the fees charged by La Poste are passed on to you at actual cost, without any markup on our part. You can view the exact amount of these fees directly from your shopping cart before confirming your order.
What is the delivery time?
The manufacturing time specific to each item is clearly indicated on its product page, and its validation is accepted by the customer when confirming the order. Regarding transit by La Poste:
For mainland France, both Lettre Suivie and Colissimo shipments are delivered within 48 hours.
For destinations in Europe, please allow 2 to 3 days for Lettre Suivie and 3 to 5 days for Colissimo.
Finally, for the rest of the world, indicative delivery times are 3 to 8 days for Lettre Suivie and 5 to 15 days for Colissimo, depending on the destination country and customs checks.
Tracking your order
With the standard mail option, you cannot track your order, but it is the cheapest and fastest method. With the Colissimo option, you can track the delivery stages of your parcel using your tracking number, which will be sent to you by email or SMS upon request.
Returns
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 21 working days from the delivery date of their order to return any non-customized item that does not suit them and request a refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
