Stainless Steel Fastening Kit (Inox): Includes 2 or 4 stainless steel screws and the corresponding wall plugs (anchors). Compatibility : Ideal for small formats rectangular plaques 10x6 cm, 15x10 cm, 22x10 cm, 23x14.5 cm, and 30x20 cm oval plaques 11x7 cm. Warning : Their size is not suitable for mounting other items.
Brass Fastening Kit: Includes brass screws, a material that has the advantage of not rusting, adapted wall plugs, and polyamide protective washers. Compatibility: Perfect for large House plaques : 7x10 cm, 15x15 cm, 13.5x20 cm, 15x22.5 cm, 30x20 cm, and 45x30 cm.
Protection and Finishing Elements
Protective Eyelets : These pieces are essential to prevent the enamel from chipping due to screwing pressure. They can be replaced by stainless steel or plastic washers. Please note that the brass kits are already supplied with polyamide washers.
Screw Covers (Cache-Vis) : Available in gold or silver finish, these covers allow you to elegantly conceal the screw heads, ensuring an impeccable finish.

Installation Instructions : Ensuring the Longevity of Your Enamel Plaque
Mounting your enamel plaque is a simple step, but one that requires precision. Following these instructions guarantees a solid fixation and avoids damaging the enamel, which is glass fused onto metal (and not simple paint).
Step by Step
Preparation: Position the plaque at the final location and precisely mark the position of the fixing holes. Place the plaque in a safe location to prevent it from falling.
Drilling: Drill the wall perpendicularly. The holes must have the diameter of the chosen wall plug and a depth of at least 3.5 cm.
Inserting Wall Plugs : Insert the wall plugs (anchors) into the holes.
Positioning the Plaque : Reposition the plaque (get help if necessary), ensuring that its holes align with the wall plugs.
Vissage: ⚠️ Essential Rule: NEVER over-tighten the screws. Strictly forbid the use of electric screwdrivers, under penalty of causing the enamel to crack or chip. If you are using washers, thread them onto the screw beforehand. Screw in each screw manually with a Phillips screwdriver.
Option: You have the possibility of creating a slight space between the plaque and the wall using small shims (not supplied).

Treatment : These light rust spots are easily removed by scrubbing with a scouring sponge and a little soap.
Prevention : To prevent any reappearance, it is essential to apply a metal varnishes Extreme Climates to the edge of the plaque. This product is readily available in all DIY stores.
Application Tip : If, during varnishing, an overflow yellows on the white of the plaque, you can safely remove it without risk to the enamel by using a cotton swab dipped in acetone.
Graffiti Cleaning
