Your enamel plate will be realised in the unity by direct screensprinting with a unique stencil. Compared with the supplied model, the arrangement of the decoration can be modified or not in the objective to emphasize your text.

Each enamel plate is single and made the request in a craftsman's workshop.The process of enamelling includes 4 cookings. The 1st for the black mass of catcher in 830°C, the 2nd for the thorough color in 820°C, the 3rd for the text in 780°C and the 4th for the decoration arranged to emphasize the text in 760°C. The colors of your plate are guaranteed for life.

A model is sent to you by mail. You can check the size, location and spelling or your text. Upon receipt your acceptance by return of mail, the manufacturing is effective. The production time is extended by these few days of exchanges by email.
