A Rigorous and Durable Manufacturing Process

Each plaque is the result of precision work carried out within our workshop. We don't settle for a simple print: we achieve a true fusion of materials to guarantee exceptional longevity.

The Support and the Base

We use a premium quality steel sheet (10/10th thickness), both robust and lightweight (65 grams). It receives an initial ground coat enamel, fired at 830°C to create a bonding base, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy, smooth, and unalterable support.

Handcrafted Finish

Manual screen printing: The black screen printing paste is applied manually with care. Final fusion: A third firing at 780°C then seals the screen printing paste. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse for a definitive result. Your plaque braves the elements without ever losing its beauty.
