The Support and the Base

We use a premium quality steel sheet (10/10th thickness), both robust and durable. It receives an initial ground coat enamel, fired at 830°C to create a bonding base, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy, smooth, and unalterable support.

Handcrafted Finish

The text is carefully applied via manual black screen printing, ensuring perfect character sharpness. A third firing at 780°C then seals the screen printing paste. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse for a definitive result. Your plaque braves the elements and the years without ever losing its beauty.
