A Rigorous Artisanal Manufacturing Process
Thermal fusion in the service of memory: Each plaque is the result of a demanding process within our workshop. We perform a true fusion of materials:

The Base and Support: Premium quality stainless steel sheet (1.5 mm thickness), robust (700 grams). It receives a first coat of base enamel fired at 830°C to create a strong bonding layer, followed by a second coat of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable foundation.

Personalization and Finishing: Black, blue, or gray screen printing is carefully applied by hand. A second firing at 780°C then seals the screen-printing paste. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse together for a definitive result.
