An Artisanal and Rigorous Manufacturing Process
Thermal Fusion at the Service of Memory
Each plaque is the result of a rigorous process within our workshop. We achieve a true fusion of materials:

Support and Base: A superior quality stainless steel sheet (1.5 mm thick), robust (700 grams).

It receives a first coating of ground-coat enamel, fired at 830°C to create an adhesive base.

A second layer of white enamel is then fired at 810°C for a clean and unalterable support.

Customization and Finishing: Black, blue, or gray silkscreen printing is carefully applied by hand.

A second firing at 780°C then seals the silkscreen paste.

At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse for a definitive result.
