An Eternal Tribute: The Reproduction of Your Memorial Heart
Every heart I shape in my workshop is a unique piece, filled with symbolism and memory. I put all my heart and my skills as an artisan into the creation of this tribute, ensuring it becomes a faithful reflection of your memories. Unlike industrial productions, my approach is one of bespoke support to breathe life back into a precious object that has suffered the test of time.
The Excellence of Enameled Stainless Steel: Unmatched Durability
It is important to note that my creations are not made from ordinary steel, but from 1.5mm thick Stainless Steel (Inox). This distinction is vital for the longevity of your plaque:
-
Full Protection: The edges and sides of each heart are carefully smoothed so that the enamel completely covers the metal sheet.
-
Zero Corrosion: Thanks to the use of stainless steel and this total coverage, rust cannot penetrate.
-
Colors Guaranteed for Life: Through high-temperature firing, the pigments are vitrified. Your plaque withstands frost, UV rays, and harsh weather without ever fading.
The Manufacturing of Your Enameled Heart
The creation of your enameled heart requires infinite patience and rigorous technical precision. The manufacturing process includes four successive firings:
-
The Ground Coat (840°C): A first black layer to guarantee perfect adhesion to the stainless steel.
-
The Background (820°C): Application of the white background color for your heart.
-
The Text and Decor (780°C): For your text, a single-use stencil is specifically created.
This meticulous customization guarantees a result of exceptional finesse, faithful to the original.
