Each plaque is made according to a traditional method ensuring a total fusion of materials:

The support: A stainless steel (Inox) base, 15/10th thickness, selected for its lightness and robustness.

Double firing: A first layer of ground coat enamel at 830°C ensures adhesion, followed by a white enamel fired at 810°C for a smooth and pure finish.

Manual finishing: The border, the tear, and your text are applied by manual black silkscreen printing, then sealed by a final firing at 780°C for definitive vitrification.
