The fusion of enamel at high temperature
Each plaque is designed according to a rigorous process in my workshop, guaranteeing a quality that no classic printing can match:

The support: A superior quality stainless steel sheet, chosen for its strength.

The enameling: A ground coat enamel base fired at 830°C for perfect adhesion, followed by a layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable support.

The finish: The decor (border and line) as well as your text are manually applied by black silkscreen printing. A final firing at 780°C seals the assembly: the enamel and pigments literally fuse together for a definitive result.
