Each plaque is the result of a rigorous process within our workshop where we achieve a true fusion of materials:

The support: A high-quality stainless steel sheet (15/10th thickness), robust and lightweight.

The enameling: A first coating of ground coat enamel fired at 830°C to create a bonding base.

It is followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable support.

Customization: Your text is manually applied by silkscreen printing with the utmost care.

A final firing at 780°C then seals the silkscreen paste.

At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse together for a definitive result.
