Each funeral plaque is the result of a demanding thermal fusion process:

The stainless steel support: A 15/10th thickness stainless steel sheet, both lightweight and extremely solid.

Traditional enameling: A ground coat enamel base fired at 830°C for fusion, covered with a pure white enamel fired at 810°C.

Manual silkscreen printing: The cross, the border, and your text are carefully applied by hand. A final firing at 780°C vitrifies the assembly for a definitive and unalterable result.
