A rigorous manufacturing process
The fusion of matter
Each plaque is the result of artisanal savoir-faire using a true fusion of matter:

The base: A superior quality stainless steel sheet (15/10th thickness), robust and lightweight.

The enameling: A first layer of ground coat enamel fired at 830°C for adhesion, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable support.

The customization: A black silkscreen printing applied manually, sealed by a final firing at 780°C. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse together for a definitive result.

It is important to specify that my creations are not made on ordinary steel, but on 0.06 in thick stainless steel. This distinction is vital for the longevity of your plaque:
