A rigorous manufacturing process
The fusion of matter at high temperature
Each plaque is the result of artisanal savoir-faire using a true fusion of matter:

The base: A superior quality stainless steel sheet (15/10th thickness), robust and lightweight.

The enameling: A first layer of ground coat enamel fired at 830°C for adhesion, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable support.

The customization: A black silkscreen printing applied manually, sealed by a final firing at 780°C. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse together for a definitive result.

It is important to specify that my creations are made on 0.06 in thick stainless steel, guaranteeing a longevity far superior to classic steel:
