Unique Artisanal Craftsmanship

High-temperature enamel fusion

Each plaque is the result of a rigorous process in my workshop, guaranteeing a material fusion that no standard printing can match:

• The base: High-quality stainless steel (Inox) plate (15/10th thickness), robust and durable.

• The enameling: A ground coat fired at 830°C for perfect adhesion, followed by a layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable surface.

• The finish: The photo and your text are applied manually. A final firing at 780°C seals the assembly. Important note on colors: The final result on your enameled plaque may differ slightly from the digital mock-up (proof). This variation is due to computer screen settings and the natural variables of ceramic firing at 780°C. However, once fired, the colors fuse with the material and are guaranteed for life.
