Each plaque is the result of a rigorous process within our workshop. We do not settle for simple printing: we achieve a true fusion of materials.

The support and the base: A high-quality stainless steel sheet (15/10th thickness), robust and lightweight. It receives a first coating of ground coat enamel, fired at 830°C to create a bonding base, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable support.

Customization and finishing: Your text is manually applied by silkscreen printing with the utmost care. A final firing at 780°C then seals the silkscreen paste. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse together for a definitive result.

I make it a point of honor to support you through this delicate process. After your order is validated, I prepare a digital mock-up that we adjust together via email. Whether it is for the choice of font (Garamond, Corsiva, Arial...) or the layout of the 6 lines of text, I only begin manufacturing after receiving your "Good for agreement."
