A rigorous manufacturing process: The fusion of matter
Each plaque is the result of meticulous expertise within my workshop. Unlike a simple print, we achieve a true fusion of the material The support and the base A top-quality stainless steel (Inox) sheet (thickness 1.5 mm), robust and durable (700 grams). It receives a first base enamel firing at 830°C to create a perfect grip, followed by a second layer of white enamel vitrified at 810°C for a pure and unalterable support The finish The silkscreen printing is manually applied with care. A second firing at 780°C then seals the silkscreen paste. At this temperature, the enamel and the pigments literally fuse for a definitive result
