Your Project Step-by-Step: Tailor-made Support
As soon as your payment is received following your order, the manufacturing process begins
The Prototype: I develop an initial project that I submit to you by e-mail or post
The Exchanges: We adjust the visual together until we reach the presentation of the Heart that suits you
The Price Includes: One hour of photo retouching as well as the creation of the visual proof before manufacturing
Manufacturing: Once your "Good for agreement" is received, a unique stencil is created for the screen printing. At this stage, the manufacturing lead time is approximately 10 days
Nuances and Color Rendering
Important: Final colors may vary compared to the digital proof (BAT) sent by e-mail. This difference can result from the color settings of each computer screen, but also from the reaction of the pigments during the handcrafted firing at 780°C. Color accuracy to a specific Pantone is not guaranteed; it is this alchemy of fire that makes each piece unique and unalterable
Photo Quality
For an optimal result, a minimum resolution of 300 pixels (JPEG format) is required. Alternatively, you can send your original photo by post: it will be returned to you along with your enameled plaque
