A Rigorous and Artisanal Manufacturing Process
Thermal Fusion in Service of Remembrance Each plaque is the result of a rigorous process within our workshop. We achieve a true fusion of materials:

Support and Base: A high-quality steel sheet (15/10th thickness), robust (700 grams). It receives an initial ground coat enamel, fired at 830°C to create a bonding base, followed by a second layer of white enamel fired at 810°C for a healthy and unalterable support.

Customization and Finishing: Black silk-screening is carefully applied by hand. A second firing at 780°C then seals the screen-printing paste. At this temperature, the enamel and pigments literally fuse for a final, permanent result.
